If you’ve had one full year of experience in your field, download and print the documents seen below. We offer per diem, part-time and full-time positions in several areas of central NC. Documents needed to complete application: We will need copies of the following documents in order to complete the application process.
1. North Carolina nursing license (front and back)
2. Current CPR card (front and back)
3. Current negative TB test results
4. Proof of rubella immunization (unless you were born in or before January 1957)
5. North Carolina drivers license
6. Social Security Card
7. Proof of current auto insurance
